Sound Baths At Your Local Recreation Center!

Sign up for a tranquil soundscape at one of Saanich Park Centers that will be infused with the energies of Reiki. Relax and restore your energies within the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes and crystal harp. Please bring your own yoga mat, eye mask and anything else you’d like to help you feel cozy; like a pillow, bolster and blanket. **If you have never signed up for any of Saanich’s events before you will need to create an account on their program platform called Active Network. Just click the Sound Bath event you want to attend and it will take to to a page where it says “Sign In”. At the top right corner of that page there is a button to create a new account.
